Finally, you’ve found your people.
Support, cheer on, rally round. Say ‘YES’ to positive energy and building each other up.
For anyone looking to surround themselves with authentic, supportive and genuine people, I cannot recommend The Northern Affinity enough.

We believe in…
Community over competition
Do you ever feel like you’re supposed to be in competition with other small business owners? Like there’s only so many clients out there and the North ain’t big enough for all of us?
Not round here. In the Northern Affinity you’ll find support, connection and advice from other business owners who want you to succeed.
Celebrating the highs, bouncing back from the lows
It can be easy to overlook your achievements when you’re already speeding towards your next business goal. But here, we’re all about finding the wins.
Let’s share each other’s success, point out each other’s progress and help each other get back up when you get knocked down.
Hugs and handshakes
Did you know loneliness and isolation can cause the same effect in the brain as actual physical pain?
So don’t shut yourself away. Get involved in person, share some hugs and handshakes (or even just a little pat on the shoulder) and make your brain happy.
Ditching corporate claptrap
This is not the place for pitch slaps or perfect presentations. (There are enough networking events out there for that).
This is your invitation to leave your cold, hard, shiny corporate mask at home, let your hair down, and bring your real self – we’d love to meet ya.
Finding the fun
Life’s too short to keep it serious all the time, right? Just because it’s business doesn’t mean it has to be boring.
You’ll find that relaxed co-working days, social events, and a healthy dose of nonsense are all important parts of life with the Northern Affinity.
Partners, not members
You might notice that we use the word ‘partners’ instead of ‘members’ when we’re talking about the Northern Affinity community.
That’s because there’s no hierarchy and no ‘programme’ here. As a partner, you’re a fully-fledged part of the community and can be as involved as you want to be, from dipping in and out to running your own events.
