Personal Profile
I’ve worked for 10+ years across all areas of Customer Experience, from Digital Design to Product Strategy. Born and bred in Leeds, my career has taken me to London, Johannesburg and Copenhagen and back to Leeds again. I have been responsible for a CX Team of 20+ at a leading London based WPP agency, and before starting AAWE, I was Global Head of CX and Jabra.
I’m passionate about helping businesses communicate their distinct brand across their entire customer experience, all for the better of their customers too.
