I’m passionate about helping MDs of media and creative businesses who are bewildered by the minefield of paperwork and processes when it comes to employing or managing staff.
Having over 10 years experience at at high-profile media brands including the BBC, Red Bee Media, Guardian News Network, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central and MTV I know how to approach HR in a creative and fun way.
