Rachel trained and qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with one of the largest IP firms in Europe, following which she became head of trade marks at a national law firm where she established and ran the national trade mark practice before achieving a career ambition in co-owning her own firm, Sonder IP.

She has over 20 years’ experience in assisting clients with the entire range of trade mark work throughout the world, including pre-filing searching, IP strategies, examination procedures, oppositions, cancellations and invalidity actions.

Rachel is strategic in her approach and uses her knowledge and experience to obtain the best and most practical results for clients. Through her recent role at a large national law firm, she has been involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial deals, and has developed skills and expertise in due diligence and the IP aspects of corporate and commercial contracts, agreements, and M&A.
