My name is Paula Louise Dixon and I am a Business Psychologist. As someone who has always been passionate about people’s behaviour, I delight in being able to translate occupational psychology insights into useful employee solutions that enable employees, regardless of their level of seniority, to thrive and be well.

THE NORTHERN AFFINITY?
As someone who counts collaboration as one of my personal and work values, I really like the community feel of The Northern Affinity. I really enjoy collaboration and it looks like there will be plenty of opportunity to do this as part of a varied and skilled group of entrepreneurs. I am also interested to find out more about the others services on offer, particularly the peer group coaching. Finally, I hope to be able to contribute by sharing some of my skills and expertise and helping others with all things psychology!
