Personal Profile
I live in Prestwich, in Greater Manchester with my cat Ernie and my dog Elsie! They both keep me on my toes but are great snuggling buddies in the winter.
Having gone through various lifestyle shifts in the last few years, the majority of my spare time is spent on personal development. I have a real interest in spiritual development and understanding the human psyche so am fascinated by things like NLP, hypnotherapy, Belief Coding ®, reiki, modality healing and EFT. I basically like to get out of the matrix and really understand the world we live in and what makes us who we are.
While these pastimes might not appeal to everyone, they have been invaluable for me on my own self-development journey. They actually have a natural synergy with the world of Human Resources; when we recognise we all come from our own unique place of reality, we can support and manage others with compassion, understanding and a clear pathway to get the right outcomes for everyone involved in challenging workplace people issues.
I also enjoy the usual walking, eating out, travel, listening to podcasts, watching Netflix and of course spending time with family and friends.

The business was founded by Michelle Hollewyn in 2022 following a successful corporate HR career spanning nearly two decades.
Having commenced working in HR in 2004 Michelle quickly moved into more senior roles and by the end of her corporate career was heading up a HR function – there is nothing she hasn’t seen!
Michelle has worked in various sectors including retail, financial services, housing and the charity sector. She developed a specialism in employment law whilst working at an in-house consultancy supporting numerous industries including hospitality and care.
Knowing there were different and better ways to do things and wanting to give something back, Michelle decided she wanted to ‘steer the whole ship’ and set up WITH YOU HR.

Put simply, I am a proud Mancunian! I am passionate about the North and all it has to offer. We make such a huge contribution to the UK economy and society and I want to shout from the rooftops that we are here! Born and bred in Manchester, attending university in Sheffield and then working across both Manchester and Yorkshire in my time, I want to partner others across that geography. I also want to be part of something that has connection with others at the heart of it. I truly believe we are stronger together and have already met other partners who are so skilled in what they do and I want to be involved in their growth as well as my own. They say you are the sum of the 5 people you are around, and I hope to be around those who want more from their world, both personally and professionally, that's what I want too!
