Personal Profile
| I had 25 successful years managing, designing and launching award-winning hospitality venues around the world. After 10 years running my company in Africa I moved back to the UK and created Peak Hospitality Consultants, which launched the award-winning Hinchliffes Farm Shop in Netherton.
Covid took a heavy toll on me personally as well as my business. It decimated the hospitality industry and forced me to close my company. After a deep breath and some soul-searching, I decided to use my decades of design, branding and storytelling skills to launch our new creative design agency, Single Thread Ltd. in Slaithwaite. I had to pivot my career at age 49 after 25 successful years in the restaurant and club business to launch my design agency. Scary, challenging and rewarding in equal amounts but love a challenge. |
