After many years in the tech industry, I decided to refocus on business and then further developed the idea of getting into some form of coaching or mentoring, having worked with a number of them myself. This was also further fuelled by a realisation of some of the challenges I’ve overcome in my life, ranging from childhood issues to mental and physical health problems, and how I can pass on to others the resilience and tools I’ve had to build and adapt.

As I have a wide and varied skillset, it was difficult to find a niche in the usual categories, so I began Succeed With Fulfilment and created my own version that fits within my skills and beliefs. This allows me to focus on what I believe is key to becoming successful whilst leading a fulfilled life and really leverage both my personal and professional skills.

I love all things related to wellness, business and weightlifting (or strength training), as well as continually learning new things. I’m also an absolute nerd when it comes to computers and Lego, and have been told (more than once) I need to slow down!
