I have a corporate background in recruitment, HR and organisational development, which enables me to design and deliver people strategies, leadership capability and development projects, recruitment programmes and psychometric testing, all aligned to an organisations values and business plan.

I set up my own business in 2014 and since then have worked with companies all over the UK, in many sectors and of many different sizes. I love the variety that this ‘portfolio’ of work gives me.

During this time I have discovered the power of coaching and have achieved my qualifications and accreditations to enable me to develop my coaching practice. I mainly coach with leaders in organisations and people who are facing challenges in their careers. I am also working in a team coaching context with co-coaches and find this work completely absorbing and hugely transformative.

I live in North Yorkshire with my husband and dog and my dream is that one day that we will be able to have a little cottage by the sea and I’ll make my millions writing crime fiction – or maybe I’ll just drink tea and watch the waves!
