I’m an ex-military (22 years RAF) mum of 2 with a passion for all things outdoor. I’m happiest mountain biking, running or swimming;not especially good at any! I love personal development, learning new things, Thai food, sushi, dark chocolate, red wine and the odd dram.

GO Health and Fitness is all about making simple (but not necessarily easy) changes to your Nutrition, your Movement and most importantly your Mindset to live a healthy and happy life in a body that is strong and capable that will carry you through to old age with dignity and choices.
It’s my mission to get the world (or at least 1,000,000 people) to ‘Giveit10’ every day! That’s 10 minutes, 10 reps or 10 seconds of something, anything to support their body.
I am passionate to help people break away from overwhelming health and fitness crazes and quick fixes. The relationship we have with our body and the food we put in it is a psychological minefield. The ‘industry focuses so much on fear, anxiety and , that health itself is not a priority.
Looking after your body does not need to be difficult or overwhelming, small things done consistently can be life-changing.
