BIOGRAPHY

Personal Profile

I passionate about HR and that is only matched by my passion for my family. I am married to Wendy who works with me in Keir as my Marketing guru – a change from her passion for silversmithing. We have 2 dogs, a crazy cocker spaniel and our adopted super star Beagle. He was originally our daughters and she asked us to look after him as she has 2 small boys. He is now an adopted Northerner as our daughter lives in Surrey.
Being an ex rugby player I love watching the game but every other Saturday I am found at Tranmere Rovers. If you meet me and I share business cards you will see that I am also proud of my Scottish heritage as our family tartan features on the card as does a proud Scottish oak tree. A good way to start a business conversation – why the tartan, why the oak and why the name? If you want the answers meet me for a coffee or say Hi at one of the Northern Affinity events.
