Personal Profile
Down to earth, practical and love to learn! I started out training in health & social care and have spent 26 years putting the learning to good use in the utilities and construction industry. I’m as happy in a muddy trench as in the boardroom surrounded by suits (maybe happier?) but at home, you’ll find me somewhere comfy with a book!

We offer a wide range of services, including business process review and change management, performance management and management coaching, and more specialist areas such as Telecoms, Utilities and Streetworks.

Woodrose Solutions began in 2014, offering my own consultancy to tier-one contractors to improve performance, small team management or simply advice on systems and controls. The journey has included clients like Network Plus, Mitie, Telent and Amey and even included mobilising and managing the operations for a tier-one fibre build business, with a first-year t/o of £12m.
