BIOGRAPHY
Personal Profile
I am an energetic business coach, consultant and outdoor leader, who inspires you to get from where you are, to where you want to be in life and business, by literally taking you up a mountain.
After a successful 15-year career of improving businesses and teams, I joined my wife, Claire, at Mountain Boardroom’s parent company, Adesse Partners, in 2017 – a decision described by us both at the time as ‘either the best idea or the worst idea we’ve ever had’. Four years later, and (thankfully) the former has turned out to be true.
Someone who lives for taking things apart to see how they work (and putting them back together with just a few left-over screws), I am a life-long learner and live and breathe continuous improvement. When I’m not out in the hills or ‘encouraging’ our three little adventurers to connect with nature, my other personal projects are game development, 3D printing and keeping my classic car going until its next MOT.
