BIOGRAPHY

Personal Profile

I have 20 years’ experience as a Consultant, facilitator and organisational leader, having held senior roles in business and consulted with leading organisations in Australia and the UK. I have established my own business since moving back to the UK in 2018 and have focused on working with SME’s and not for profit organisations. I bring first-hand experience of running a business to my coaching and consulting work. This includes how to foster an entrepreneurial mindset and apply positive psychology approaches. I love trail running and cycling, and I am a proud father of Alice, aged eight.

At My Leadership Strengths, our ambition is to make leadership development accessible to all. We first identified the critical need for practical leadership tools and support in the aged care sector. As we researched and refined our model, we recognised the common challenge across Healthcare, Not for Profit and Local Government. As a startup, we saw the same urgent need to build leadership capability in other SME’s across different sectors.
We have invested in our own digital capability as well as our methodology during the pandemic. Learning to be a better leader is never finished, but there has never been a better time to get started.
